Shipping policy

For made to measure items we need a minimum of 4weeks to dispatch from order date. 

Uk orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders outside uk are sent with either dpd or ups. 

Please note that we have a strict no refunds policy. Please select carefully when ordering as we cannot change orders once placed. If you have any problems with your purchase please email us at; beautifulbodydress@hotmail.com. 

In a very rare occasion, if a seam is to open up very slightly once stretched, we offer free alterations and cover the postage to return this back to us to have this rectified straight away and posted straight back out to you. 

We offer free free alterations on all of our products, under no circumstances will we accept any item back if this has been altered by anybody else. 

Please note, if fabric or detailed trims go out of stock, a replacement detailing will be used in its place.

All items must be dry cleaned only. 

Any items shipped outside the uk, cannot be guaranteed for any specific date. We can ship these in enough time prior to a date that you need, but we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date if this needs to go through any customs.
